This class is perfect for learning about beans and Flavor, History, Health, Quality,
Cooking styles

- Water Bath Cooking
Long soak, Quick soak and No soak methods
- Slow Cooking ala Crock Pot
- Baking ala Baked Beans
Class will be an hour and a half to two hours
Food will be served for sampling and some to take home
This is hands on for some – delicious for all
Both classes include sampling of what is prepared AND a 10% discount on purchases that day.
