Jacob’s Cattle Gold

Description

This is the Jacob’s Cattle bean in a different color and used for baked beans and summer salads in the Northeastern US.
Also called “Cowboy Beans” the bright gold color with the patches of white make a pretty pot of beans and are super with meats, sauces and in chili or salads. Many say the Gold is a bit more tender than the traditional Jacob’s Cattle bean – we love them both.
