Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1 celery rib
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon Lupin flour
- 1 frozen banana
- Ice cubes (depending upon desired consistency)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, mixing until smooth
