Fresh Mint Smoothie with Lupin Bean Powder – Adapted from ala Twyla


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 celery rib
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Tablespoon Lupin flour
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Ice cubes (depending upon desired consistency)


Place all ingredients in a blender, mixing until smooth
